Detoxing

So after a year of losing weight my Chiropractor suggested I do a detox to give my kidneys and liver a break from all the hard work they have been doing.  Apparently breaking down fat that is 25years old is a tough job.
This is the morning of my third day and it is currently still a struggle...not only am I taking a green powder that is bleh, and a nutritional substitute that tastes like cardboard (even after I added some blueberries!)...I am also not permitted to eat grains, sugars, processed foods, or dairy!  Basically it is a Paleo diet, you know like back in the ice age when we were hunter and gathers, meat, veges, seeds and a small amount of fruit.
To top it off I have been fighting off the flu and Riley is full of the worst flu possible, he has had a temperature since Friday!  Also Andy is away in Warrnambool...so this is the first time I have ever craved a piece of toast!
I can and I will do this...not even a whole week left.  My insides will be ready for the next onslaught of fat shedding!  25kg to go to be half the woman I was.  Or is that really 25kg to show the world the woman I have always been on the inside!

Little nervous I will get blog happy, got lots of thoughts I'd like to share but don't know if I should.
